NICOLÒ BARELLA SIGNS CONTRACT EXTENSION WITH INTER MILAN

New Deal for Barella:
Italy's very own Nicolò Barella has agreed to a new contract with Inter Milan. Sources in Italy are saying that the official announcement will be made this week, just in time for Italy's first game in Euro 2024.

Contract Extension:
Barella, who plays for the Italian national team, has extended his contract with Inter Milan until 2029. Reports from Il Corriere dello Sport and Sport Mediaset suggest that the Serie A champions will confirm the deal with their midfield star this week.

Top Earner:
It is said that Barella has already put pen to paper on his new contract, which will make him the highest-paid Italian footballer in Serie A for the 2024-25 season.

Delayed Announcement:
Initially, Inter had planned to announce the contract extension earlier. However, Barella's fourth child, Romeo, was born last week. As a result, the club decided to postpone the official statement.
