ATALANTA SECURES CHARLES DE KETELAERE ON PERMANENT TRANSFER

From Milan to Atalanta:

At just 23 years old, Charles De Ketelaere has had quite the journey in his football career. After a tough season with Milan, where he struggled to make an impact, he found success with Atalanta under coach Gian Piero Gasperini.

Success with Atalanta:

De Ketelaere played a key role in Atalanta's Europa League win and top four finish in Serie A. He scored 14 goals and provided 11 assists in 50 matches, showing everyone what he's capable of on the field.

Permanent Transfer;

Atalanta's Decision:

Atalanta has decided to make De Ketelaere's stay permanent by activating the buy option in his loan deal from Milan. They paid €3m for the loan and will now pay an additional €22m plus €2m in add-ons to keep him for good.

Future Resale Clause:

As part of the deal, Atalanta included a 10% future resale clause, showing their commitment to De Ketelaere's future with the club. They tried to negotiate a discount with Milan, but the Rossoneri stood firm on their terms.
