Cancelo's last loan spell was with Barcelona, where he did really well. The Catalans were so impressed with him that they want to sign him permanently.

Barcelona's Options;
Transfer Fee:
According to The Sun, Barcelona have two options to bring Cancelo to the club. Both options come with a transfer fee of £25 million ($32m).

Permanent Transfer:
The first option for Barcelona is to complete a permanent transfer of Cancelo for the price of £25 million.

Second Loan Spell:
The second choice for Barcelona is to bring Cancelo back on loan for another season. However, this time Barcelona will have to pay 100% of his wages. There will also be a mandatory buy clause in the summer of 2026 for the same price of £25 million.
