LIONEL MESSI'S FUTURE: COACHING OR CONTINUING TO PLAY?

Experience and Leadership:
Lionel Messi, the legendary soccer player from Inter Miami and Argentina, is considering his future beyond playing. At 37 years old, retirement is on the horizon, but hanging up his boots may still be a ways off. With eight Ballon d'Or awards under his belt, Messi has a wealth of experience to pass on to the next generation.

Coaching Ambitions:
Despite his leadership on the field as a captain, Messi has always led by example rather than words. When asked about the possibility of becoming a manager, he expressed hesitance. He told ESPN Argentina that while he doesn't see himself as a coach, he can't predict the future. He loves football and could see himself involved in some capacity because it's his life and passion.

Current Focus:
For now, Messi's main focus is on adding more major trophies to his collection. He is aiming for MLS Cup glory with Inter Miami and is also gearing up to defend Argentina's Copa America title in a tournament starting on June 20. While coaching may not be in his immediate plans, Messi's dedication to the game remains unwavering.
